        From the time he was a child growing up on a farm near Calgary, Alberta, Dr. John Anderson knew he wanted to be a veterinarian. He graduated with honours from Ontario Veterinary College as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1981, and is a member of both the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and the British Columbia Medical Association.
        With nearly three decades of experience, Dr. Anderson is a highly skilled, thorough veterinarian, who treats his patients with kindness, caring and compassion. He has a broad base of knowledge and experience ranging from dental procedures to complex surgeries. He also stays up-to-date on the latest innovations in veterinary medicine, attending conferences annually. He is a proud member of the Veterinary Information Network, which offers access to the latest clinical journals, a network of veterinary experts and consultants, an expansive online searchable article database of primary source material, and clinically-oriented continuing education classes.
        Dr. Anderson aspires to provide pets with the same quality of care as people expect to receive, and works with his clients to keep each of their pets well and leading an optimal quality of life.
