Anderson Animal Hospital views pets as family members and therefore offers patients the highest level of care so that they can lead optimal lives. Dr. John Anderson has practiced veterinary medicine for almost three decades and opened Anderson Animal Hospital in 1986. He not only treats dogs and cats, but other small animals such as rabbits, rodents, birds and reptiles.
Anderson Animal Hospital also offers its clients discounts on pet food, grooming and boarding.
In August 2009, Anderson Animal Hospital became the first veterinary hospital in Metro Vancouver to operate a BC SPCA satellite adoption centre. SPCA shelters are becoming overcrowded with abandoned pets; this program helps place healthy kittens and cats into caring homes.
